Domestic And International Shipping

•USA: First Class shipping is FREE.
•Canada: First Class shipping with USPS is 6-21 business days.
•All other international destinations: First Class shipping with USPS takes 7-35 business days.
•Customs processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time.
•Customs fees and import duties are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
•If your tracking shows as delivered but the item has been damaged, stolen, or misplaced, we do not offer a refund but will provide a free replacement. If your item was not delivered and is experiencing a significant delay, we offer either a refund or a free replacement.

•Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays).
•Holiday Handling Time: Processing times may vary depending on the holiday duration.
•Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

•Our Risk Free Return Policy is not a satisfaction guarantee policy.
•To qualify, customers must use the product for at least 30 days before requesting a refund.
•The policy applies only if the customer follows our recommended usage instructions, which require a minimum of 30 days of use. If you are not satisfied after 30 days of proper use, you may request a refund.
•If you claim a refund within the first 30 days but later decide to purchase, this offer will no longer be available. This is necessary to avoid abuse of the offer.

•Non-Defective Returns: All return requests for non-defective products must be made within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back. For safety reasons, we do not resell opened or returned products.
•Defective or Damaged Products: We can only replace products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or have packaging defect. In such cases, a replacement will be shipped free of charge.
